A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between the Trincomalee District Business Council(TDBC) and the Canada Sri Lanka Business Convention. This collaboration aims to strengthen the economic ties between the two regions, promote business opportunities, and foster mutual growth. The High Commission of Canada in Sri Lanka has long had a constructive working relationship with the Sri Lanka-Canada Business Council ,A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between the Trincomalee District Business Council(TDBC) and the Canada Sri Lanka Business Council. wholeheartedly thank the members of the SLCBC for their continuing support in building business partnerships between our two countries. While Canada’s relations with Sri Lanka after independence began with a strong development orientation, they have flourished in the intervening years to include an important private sector component, along with extraordinary people-to-people links. These multifaceted ties will undoubtedly serve us well as we continue with collective efforts to grow our commercial relationship to the benefit of both countries
